WHAT'S IN THE KIT?

Inverter Charger

This is the heart of the kit. A powerful 3000W low frequency inverter with a built in battery charger. It has the ability to provide 240V mains anywhere. You can still plug into a hook up to get it as well, but when you're off grid the inverter will kick into life and provide mains power in your camper van.

  • Continuous power - 3000W (3kW)
  • Surge power - 9000W (9kW)
  • DC Input voltage - 12V
  • AC Input voltage - 240V
  • AC output voltage - 240V
  • Supported battery technology - AGM
  • Battery charging current - 18A / 36A / 54A / 72A / 90A
  • Wave form - Pure sine wave with bypass mode to sync to input
  • Efficiency - Line mode >95% / Battery mode >88%
  • Power saver mode trigger - Load is greater than 25W
  • 5M remote control
  • MEGA fuse holder
  • 350A MEGA fuse
  • 600A 12V battery isolator

Split Charge Relay

All the parts required to enable you to charge up your camper vans leisure battery using the starter battery/alternator of your vehicle. Included in the kit is a voltage sensitive relay that only draws power and charges your leisure battery when your starter battery is at a certain voltage. This ensures that you never end up with a flat starter battery in your vehicle.

Please note, this is only suitable for vehicles with a standard alternator. If you have a smart alternator you'll need our DC-DC version of this kit, please contact us for further information.

Details

  • 12V 140A voltage sensitive relay
  • 2 X MIDI fuse holders
  • 2 X 100A MIDI fuses
  • 250A 12V battery isolator

Details

  • 100A max current
  • 5 way

240V Mains Equipment - Inverter Input

This is a small mains consumer unit that runs from the surface mount 16A hook up point on the outside of your van and feeds the input of the inverter. This protects the inverter from any power surges and overloads and is the first point of safety, providing an earth to both the inverter body and the chassis of your camper van.

Details
